New Floe Install package issue

I just purchased Slow and Arctic Strings. I am using Windows 11 with Reaper . In trying to install with Floe v1.1.2 orb-157, A pop up saying ‘Installing Frozen Plain- Slow package’ will show. After a minute or so, It will inform me “Errors Failed to in stall Frozen Plain- Slow Package” . I have gone to the page where the download for Floe is, reinstalled and re downloaded the 2 .zip files. I’m stuck at this point. I am using the Default location. My Mirage preset folders show 300 presets.
Any assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
Trying to merge Floe with Mirage dose not seem to be working for me. Finally found my issue. I had the original Mirage. This morning I deleted it, intending to use the updated version, but Floe is working and installing just fine.

Sam (FrozenPlain) Thank you so much for the reply. I had the old version of Mirage, it was never updated from when I first purchased it. Once I deleted it, Floe was able to install packages and use the merge function. My only question left would be concerning the Mirage presets. The only way to use the sounds is thru individual layers? Or do I need to reinstall Mirage. Thank you.

Ok pleased that’s working.

You should be able to use Mirage presets too. Perhaps Floe just has somehow lost track of where the Mirage presets are. You can direct it to where the presets are and it should scan them all.

To do that, first try is to click the 3-dots icon near the top-right of Floe, and click ‘Add Mirage Folders’. Open the preset browser to see if presets have appeared.

If still no presets, try adding the Mirage folder manually. Open the preferences panel in Floe this time (gear icon). And then on the Folders tab, add the Mirage preset folder. On Windows, Mirage presets are probably in C:/Users/Public/FrozenPlain/Mirage/Presets or C:/Users/name/Documents/FrozenPlain/Mirage/Presets. On macOS, it would be /Library/Application Support/FrozenPlain/Mirage/Presets. Here’s some more docs about Floe folders: https://floe.audio/docs/key-concepts/folders

Third option would be to download all packages again, and ‘install package’ for each one.
